- Lease Enforcement – Professionally educated staff regarding the Oklahoma Residential Tenant Landlord Act.

- Proactive maintenance through property inspections and evaluations in order to project long-range improvements.
- Owners can access current and historical statements anytime, anywhere through their personalized Owner Portal
- Provide Residents with excellent customer service and all of the comforts of home. Tenants can be satisfied and comfortable knowing that their home will be cared for in a timely manner.
- Availability in office Monday-Friday 9:00a.m.-5:00 p.m. and after hours in emergency situations. We answer our phones and emails, and make ourselves available to you and our residents.
