David Bare, our Owner and Managing Broker, has provided property management services in Cleveland County since 1993. His knowledge of and commitment to the Federal Fair Housing Act, Oklahoma Real Estate Commission Code and Rules, and Oklahoma Residential Landlord and Tenant Act is essential to responsible property management. David is focused on maintaining our owners' investments, ROI and overall satisfaction.
Lydia Bare, Business Manager, joined the BPM team upon the company’s inception in 2010 and serves as our Business Manager. Oklahoma Real Estate Commission-Licensed Sales Associate in July of 2011. Lydia's background in Human Resources and Hotel Management is enhanced with certificates in Training and Development through the University of Oklahoma, and Appfolio Accounting. Along with managing overall operations, Lydia works to ensure resident satisfaction and leasing.
Bart Byrd, Office/IT Manager, has over 25 years of experience in office management, customer service, accounting and IT. In addition to daily office activities, he manages our office network and ensures that our network and software stay secure, up to date and functioning properly.
Lindsey Langrehr, Broker Associate/Property Manager . Lindsey has over 15 years of experience in property management. Handling resident maintenance needs, coordinating vendor, and reaching out to owners with concerns regarding regular maintenance are among her responsibilities. She also provides support to our Broker in processing homes during move-in and move-out.
Braden Smithson, Broker Associate/Accounts Payable and Receivable. Braden is responsible for tenant receipts and lease compliance. He also confirms accurate billing and payables. He also specializes in inspections, water remediation and tenant lease compliance.
Marianne Allbritton,
Licensed Agent. Marianne serves as our Application Specialist and Office Coordinator. Marianne brings depth of experience as she has been licensed since 2006 and has worked in real estate sales for 17 years. She serves as Secretary of the Old Silk Stocking Neighborhood Association and is a 4th generation Norman townie.
Thomas Lunsford, Licensed Agent/Showing Agent. Tom's extensive experience in sales ensures that the showing experience is a success!
