We do not list and sell.Providing proactive maintenance, accessing local vendors, answering and returning all calls and electronic communications, and never being more than 30 minutes from any property under our management are all examples of the pride we take in our service.

Meet Our Staff
David Bare, our Owner and Managing Broker, has provided property management services in Cleveland County since 1993. His knowledge of and commitment to the Federal Fair Housing Act, Oklahoma Real Estate Commission Code and Rules, and Oklahoma Residential Landlord and Tenant Act is essential to responsible property management.
Lydia Bare joined the BPM team upon the company’s inception in 2010 and serves as our Business Manager. She also became an Oklahoma Real Estate Commission-Licensed Sales Associate in July of 2011. She has a background in Human Resources and Hotel Management. She is also certified in Training and Development through the University of Oklahoma.
Thomas Lunsford also joined the team in 2010. Tom serves as our Leasing/Showing Agent and is available to assist Owners and Tenants. He received his Oklahoma Real Estate Commission license in March of 2010. His extensive experience in sale ensures that the showing experience is a success!
Bart Byrd has over 18 years of experience in office management and customer service. Accounting and IT are among his many skills. In addition to daily office activities, he ensures that our operating systems are functional, backed-up and protected. He serves as our Office Manager.
Elizabeth Bare, graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma December of 2016 with a degree in Business Finance, and serves as our Front Office Coordinator/Leasing Specialist. She is an Active Provisional Sales Associate licensed through the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission effective January 19, 2018. Elizabeth is proficient in the financial aspects of property/office management and is responsible for account receivables. She coordinates application approval and assist tenants through the leasing process.
Braden Smithson, our Maintenance Coordinator and Active Provisional Sales Associate, is a certified Water Restoration Technician who joined our team in June of 2017. Braden brings experience in dealing with emergency mitigation of water damage to homes. He has worked directly with property owners and tenants to resolve such urgent needs and performed all aspects of moisture removal. Additionally, he is qualified in air and dryer vent, and chimney cleaning and inspection. Braden coordinates maintenance needs by assigning work orders, communicating with vendors, tenants and owners, and handles vendors payables.
