Bare Property Management, Inc. is an Active Corporation licensed by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. We are a local business in Norman. Providing proactive maintenance, accessing local vendors, answering and returning all calls and electronic communications, and never being more than 30 minutes from any property under our management are all examples of the pride we take in our service.


We also feel that giving back to the community is an integral part of a successful business and promotes civic relations. BPM, Inc. is a member of the Norman Chamber of Commerce and proud partner of Meals on Wheels of Norman.

Meet Our Staff

David Bare, our Owner and Managing Broker, has provided property management services in Cleveland County since 1993. His knowledge of and commitment to the Federal Fair Housing Act, Oklahoma Real Estate Commission Code and Rules, and Oklahoma Residential Landlord and Tenant Act is essential to responsible property management.

Lydia Bare joined the BPM team upon the company’s inception in 2010 and serves as our Business Manager. Oklahoma Real Estate Commission-Licensed Sales Associate in July of 2011. Lydia's background in Human Resources and Hotel Management is enhanced with certificates in Training and Development through the University of Oklahoma, and Appfolio Accounting Monthly Transactions.

Thomas Lunsford also joined the team in 2010. Tom serves as our Leasing/Showing Agent and is available to assist Owners and Tenants. He received his Oklahoma Real Estate Commission license in March of 2010. His extensive experience in sales ensures that the showing experience is a success!

Bart Byrd has over 20 years of experience in office management, customer service, accounting and IT. In addition to daily office activities, he manages our office network and ensures that our network and software stay secure, up to date and functioning properly. He serves as our Office & IT Manager.

Lindsey Langrehr has over 10 years of experience in property management. She is one of our Property Managers and is a Licensed Agent. Handling Tenant maintenance needs, coordinating vendor, reaching out to owners with concerns regarding regular maintenance are among her responsibilities. She also provides support to our Broker in processing homes during move in and out. Lindsey is a Broker Associate. 

Brittany Turpin serves as our Application Specialist and Office Coordinator. Her previous experience brings the respect for confidential information and customer service.

Braden Smithson, Licensed Agent. Braden is our Maintenance Coordinator. The specialty is to schedule, perform and document inspections. He responsible for tenant compliance. He is also a great asset when dealing with storm damage and insurance claims.  

Strong communication between our cross-trained team members allows our operation to function as fluidly and efficiently as possible.
