  • Rent Collection – BPM prides itself on ensuring Owners receive payment of rents on time! Direct deposit available via Direct Deposit Authorization Form

    • Use only quality/trusted vendors
    • Review multiple estimates and seek competitive rates
    • Oversee and ensure quality of services performed
    • Ensure timely payment to vendors
  • Lease Enforcement – Professionally educated staff regarding the Oklahoma Residential Tenant Landlord Act.
  • Court appearances and collections.
  • Proactive maintenance through property inspections and evaluations in order to project long-range improvements.
  • Owners can access current and historical statements anytime, anywhere through their personalized Owner Portal
  • Provide Residents with excellent customer service and all of the comforts of home. Tenants can be satisfied and comfortable knowing that their home will be cared for in a timely manner.
  • Availability in office Monday-Friday 9:00a.m.-5:00 p.m. and after hours in emergency situations. We answer our phones and emails, and make ourselves available to you and our residents.
