Our mission is to provide quality residential leasing services with leading-edge technology while protecting our Owners’ investments and interests. Our focus is solely on property management. We do not list and sell. Owners can feel confident that their investment receives the attention it deserves. Residents can feel assured that our friendly and professional team is available to them and will react promptly to maintenance needs maintained.

Our Company

Bare Property Management, Inc. is an Active Corporation licensed by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. We are a local business in Norman. Our focus is solely on property management. We do not list and sell.Providing proactive maintenance, accessing local vendors, answering and returning all calls and electronic communications, and never being more than 30 minutes from any property under our management are all examples of the pride we take in our service.

We also feel that giving back to the community is an integral part of a successful business and promotes civic relations. BPM, Inc. is a member of the Norman Chamber of Commerce and proud partner of Meals on Wheels of Norman.

Meet Our Staff

David Bare, our Owner and Managing Broker, has provided property management services in Cleveland County since 1993. His knowledge of and commitment to the Federal Fair Housing Act, Oklahoma Real Estate Commission Code and Rules, and Oklahoma Residential Landlord and Tenant Act is essential to responsible property management.

Lydia Bare joined the BPM team upon the company’s inception in 2010 and serves as our Business Manager. She also became an Oklahoma Real Estate Commission-Licensed Sales Associate in July of 2011. She has a background in Human Resources and Hotel Management. She is also certified in Training and Development through the University of Oklahoma.

Thomas Lunsford also joined the team in 2010. Tom serves as our Leasing/Showing Agent and is available to assist Owners and Tenants. He received his Oklahoma Real Estate Commission license in March of 2010. His extensive experience in sale ensures that the showing experience is a success!

Bart Byrd has over 18 years of experience in office management and customer service. Accounting and IT are among his many skills. In addition to daily office activities, he ensures that our operating systems are functional, backed-up and protected. He serves as our Office Manager.

Julie Soper, our Office Coordinator/Maintenance Specialist, has over 16 years of office and customer service experience. She prides herself in supporting our customer-centric mission to ensure that owners and tenants alike are satisfied. Along with regular daily duties, Ms. Soper coordinates with vendors to ensure that maintenance issues are resolved as quickly as possible. Julie joined our team in February of 2016.

Elizabeth Bare, a graduate from the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Business Finance, serves as our Front Office Coordinator/Application Specialist. Elizabeth interned with us her final year of college and previously worked as a pharmacy tech throughout her entire time in school. Her education, work ethic and commitment to her goal brings value to our office and those we serve.

Strong communication between our cross-trained team members allows our operation to function as fluidly and efficiently as possible.
